Recent conference with UK agents promotes Edbro commitment to providing quality spare parts and service back-up.

In June 2007, Edbro hosted a dedicated training event for specialist spares and service agents with the aim of further strengthening the levels of support offered throughout the UK. With a total of over 60 agents across the UK and Ireland, Edbro is proud of the largest UK network in the industry, ensuring superb levels of after sales care for Edbro equipment of all ages.

Held at Edbro’s Bolton manufacturing plant and head office the event provided expert technical training for the agents, to further improve the already high levels of service offered. In addition, it gave Edbro the opportunity to confer with the agents to ensure that the best support is given when needed.

Paul Hannah, Sales & Marketing Director for Edbro explains the importance of the service network:

“Our agents represent the top quality and service globally recognised as part of the Edbro package and their training is of great importance to us to ensure our customers are getting the best care available. It’s a two way process and we value their knowledge and on-hand expertise to continually improve the quality and availability of the spares on offer and give them the best support we can for those who are out in the field.”
