Specialist UK service agents attended a recent event hosted by Edbro to provide expert training and advice and promote the importance of quality customer service.

The second event of its kind in 2007, the Service Agent Training Day was an opportunity for UK-based agents to visit the Edbro premises in Bolton, learn more about the latest techniques and products and share their own expert field knowledge. The aim of the event was to engage the network of agents in the continuation of the high level of spares and service back-up available to Edbro customers.

UK Business Development Manager, Peter Smith, who was heavily involved in the training sessions on the day, explains the importance of such events.

“The quality of service back-up that we offer is essential to the complete Edbro package. We have an established reputation for a reliable product and expert advice where spare parts and maintenance are concerned. The agents who attended this event are integral to our brand and product offering and their continued training and involvement in the customer service process is very important to Edbro.”
