Polestar, the UK’s leading print company, has entered into a 5-year agreement with ERIKS Integrated Solutions, a division of Europe’s largest industrial distributor. Under the new agreement, Polestar is outsourcing to ERIKS their MRO procurement and stores management activity at their five largest sites in the UK.

The agreement provides for a takeover of activities with effect from 01.01.2011 and was concluded subject to the approval of the Federal Cartel Office, which is expected shortly.
