The replacement exhaust and catalyst market is now receiving an unparalleled service from Klarius, we have transformed our business over the last 18 months into a strong and profitable organisation. Our UK plants are manufacturing Type-Approved catalytic converters and exhaust products both for the UK and EU markets and we have over 5,500 items in permanent stock.

As other companies are slowing down operations and reducing deliveries, we are increasing production to meet demand from the UK and Europe. We are using lean manufacturing methods to improve production efficiency and protecting UK jobs.

Klarius is also developing and introducing over 500 new catalyst and Exhaust designs every year to the market. Designs are checked for fit on the exact model of car and are fully tested for a balanced backpressure as well as noise to match or exceed OE standards.

The quality of the catalyst and exhaust products we produce is also essential to retailers retaining customers. There are still non-type approved parts out there and the poor quality can lead to a short life through corrosion, poor fuel efficiency, and in the case of catalysts high pollution. Legislation is coming on cats so best make sure you are using a type approved product now.

TIMAX exhausts use only highly corrosion resistant Aluminised steel throughout and by balancing back pressure with superior internal designs our exhausts are proved to save 3p per litre in fuel costs compared to non-type approved items that have a higher back-pressure, due to cheaper silencing methods.
