Tsubaki launches new European website
“Tsubakimoto Europe B.V. has launched a new brand identity which has it’s first public viewing on the group’s new website at www.tsubaki.eu.”
The website look and feel is based on Tsubaki Europe PT divisions new brand identity colours, while the structure has been designed to facilitate fast and intuitive searches for  product, contact and company information. There is a large amount of content present on the site providing information and support for both new customers and those already familiar with the Tsubaki roller chain, conveyor products and power transmission component ranges.
The role of company websites has changed in recent years, developing from simple shop fronts to sophisticated informational resources and front-line sales tools. The new Tsubaki site represents a well thought-out and neat presentation of everything Tsubaki sells and does. The site is rich in technical detail and is designed to help customers learn more about Tsubaki products and the possible applications for innovative technologies such as roller chain that does not require external lubrication and many other industry sector specific applications.
The new website also covers the basics well, featuring frequently asked questions (FAQs), full contact details for all European offices and links to Tsubaki in Japan, the rest of Asia and the Americas. Other background information such as chain selection guides and an interactive catalogue of standard products are present, as well as case studies and industry sector specific solutions. There are plenty of download resources including product catalogues and datasheets.
Tsubaki’s main products are industrial drive chains, attachment chains and large size conveyor chains. Related products such as cam clutches, sprockets, shaft couplings, safety devices, toothed belts and pulleys are also covered in detail. Service information includes detail on the brand new Dordrecht HQ, where standard attachment chains can be assembled as ready-to use items, thus saving customer’s time and achieving highest quality. In the case of special products, Tsubaki will also manufacture chains completely to order.
The site serves the Pan-European market, Africa and the Middle East from Tsubaki EU headquarters located in Dordrecht, the Netherlands. The company’s other main EU subsidiary, located in Nottingham, United Kingdom, houses additional facilities for sales & marketing, engineering workshops and warehousing supporting the power transmission and automotive markets in the UK & Ireland.
The Tsubaki Group includes over 30 production locations and 22 group companies worldwide and its production and sales networks are now more developed than ever. This allows OEMs to export with confidence knowing that Tsubaki support will be present wherever the machine is used.
