Bodor and UK supplier World Machinery will be presenting the latest laser cutting technology at MACH 2020

At MACH 2020, Jinan Bodor CNC Machine and World Machinery will highlight how the innovative range from Bodor has become the world’s most popular brand of laser cutting machines. Each model provides an individual solution for fabrication and manufacturing of high-quality metal parts. Taking advantage of fully automated high-speed machines, customers can optimise their processes while increasing productivity and improving quality, consistency and efficiency.

MACH is one of the UK’s biggest manufacturing and engineering shows and offers a unique platform to learn more about the latest developments in advanced engineering and production technologies. One of the main themes of this year’s edition will be “Lasers for Manufacturing”.

In line with this topic, Bodor - now the largest laser processing machine manufacturer in the world by sales volume, and its UK agent World Machinery will exhibit the range of innovative fibre laser cutting machines. These machines allow manufacturers to benefit from elevated speed, efficiency and top performance whilst delivering highly precise and accurate operations for premium results.

In particular, visitors to the stand will be able to have a close look at Bodor’s P series. This is a sealed, multi-axis laser cutting system with built-in automatic loading unit. The machine features an IPG Photonics Fibre 6000W resonator to generate a highly collimated light source to deliver precision-cut metal components. In addition, plant operators can monitor the process in real-time by means of wireless remote-control equipment and high-resolution cameras.

Experts from World Machinery and Bodor will be available on stand 530, in Hall 18, to discuss the whole range of products available and how they can satisfy the challenging needs of the manufacturing industry. In addition, visitors will be able to learn more about the comprehensive services offered to users. These complement the product offering by providing advanced technical support during purchase, installation and use.

Wayne Hipkiss, Managing Director at World Machinery, comments: “World Machinery is a proud vendor of Bodor’s twelve models of laser cutting machines. These are cost-effective, high quality systems that can deliver great results. In addition, we provide a unique service offering to support our customers. This is why we look forward to presenting them to a wide audience during MACH 2020 and having positive discussions with local manufacturers.”
